| Additional terms | For successful subscriber referrals, the affiliate will receive a commission of $5/subscriber. A "successful subscriber referral" means the subscriber in question has completed the free trial period of their subscription and transitioned to a paid-subscriber status (i.e. Memory Lane Tv has successfully processed the subscriber's initial subscription payment). Once Memory Lane TV has confirmed successful payment of the first month's subscription payment by the subscriber, Memory Lane TV will affect the commission payment to the affiliate within thirty (30) calendar days of the subscriber's initial payment date.
