| Additional terms | For successful subscriber referrals, the affiliate will receive a commission of $200 of the professional annual subscription from the lead. A "successful subscriber referral" means the subscriber in question has completed the free trial period (if there is one) of their subscription and transitioned to a paid-subscriber status (i.e. Memory Lane Tv has successfully processed the subscriber's initial subscription payment), has been invoiced by Memoro Inc and the invoice for the full year has been paid. Once Memory Lane TV has confirmed the successful payment of the first yearly subscription by the subscriber, Memory Lane TV will affect the commission payment to the affiliate account within thirty (30) calendar days of the subscriber's initial payment date. Payments will be processed bi-annualy and sent via check or electronic payment to the affiliate.
